Holiday Home Park Closure

Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Owner update 2nd January 2021
Unfortunately, due to the national lockdown restrictions put in place across England, our Parks are temporarily closed to owners.
This forced Government closure means that we will be unable to allow owners access to our Parks at any time and will turn anyone away who tries to enter. Anyone currently on Park will have to leave to comply with the law. Except, Where people are staying in caravan parks as interim abodes where their primary residence is not available, they may continue to do so. This includes moving house or for the purposes of work. Should you feel that you meet one of these criteria you must inform us immediately by emailing email@example.com.
Once again, we urge all our owners to take heed of the Governments current advice to help stop the spread.
Overnight stays and holidays away from primary residences will not be allowed- including holidays in the UK and abroad. This includes staying in a second home or caravan, if you own one, or staying with anyone you do not live with or are in a support bubble with.
You are allowed to stay overnight away from your home if you:
- are unable to return to your main residence
- need accommodation while moving house
- need accommodation to attend a funeral or related commemorative event
- require accommodation for work purposes or to provide voluntary services
- are a child requiring accommodation for school or care
- are homeless, seeking asylum or a vulnerable person seeking refuge
- are an elite athlete or their support staff or parent, if the athlete is under 18
Guest accommodation providers such as hotels, B&Bs and caravan parks may remain open for the specific reasons set out in law, including where guests are unable to return to their main residence, use that guest accommodation as their main residence, or would otherwise be made homeless as a result of the accommodation closing. Accommodation providers are also encouraged to work cooperatively with Local Authorities to provide accommodation to vulnerable groups including the homeless during this period of national restrictions.
We hope to reopen the parks as soon as the government permits. If you have any questions regarding this please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you were unable to return to your holiday home before we close, we will be more than happy to empty your fridges, freezers and top up any electricity as required.
Several members of our team will be furloughed due to the closure of our parks. This will affect our services; the reception phone will be manned Monday and Friday 10am-12 noon for owners to order gas and electricity cards. Our wardens will remain on park during the lockdown period to provide extra security.
We kindly ask for you to bear with us as we work through these latest changes and thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to the prospect of welcoming you back onto Park as soon as possible.
Take care and stay safe
