Corona-Virus latest update from Pipers Height

Posted on: 21/03/2020 Categorised in:

After a difficult few weeks whilst we waited for the Government to decide if Holiday Parks could remain open we were forced to close on 24th March, the first time we have done so in our 35 year history. We understand that this was not only difficult for us but hugely disappointing for you and we’d like to thank so many of you for your understanding and messages of support.
Please do not travel
In order to ensure that we continue to comply with the Government guidance we have worked with local Councils to ensure we protect our holiday park licence, it is therefore essential that you do not return to the Parks until such time that the Government allows us to officially reopen. There has been a small number of owners whose primary residence is unavailable due to the pandemic and their details are now with the relevant authorities. Please do not travel to and from your holiday home as this is not essential travel.
Steps to protect our business
In these very uncertain times, it is important that we take the necessary steps to protect our teams and the future of the business. Our office team are working limited hours Monday and Wednesday 10am-11am ,should you need anything then please email our team at or call 01253 763767 (leave a message). It is essential that you use this as a communication so that we can record and respond to all your questions.
Looking ahead
At this stage it is unclear when we can welcome you back to the Park but rest assured as soon as it is possible you’ll be the first to know! What you can be assured of is a warm welcome and a huge celebration.
To ensure you’re kept up to date with the latest news please stay in touch via our website and Facebook
With best wishes to you and your families. Stay safe

In accordance with the latest government and medical advice, Pipers Height Touring Caravan Park has been temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We take the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues very seriously.

We will inform our customers of our reopening date as soon as we are given the advice that it is safe for us to do so. At the time of writing, we have had no indication of this and so cannot say when this might be. We advise any customers seeking further information to keep up to date via our website and social media channels. We will also send e-mails at appropriate times when we have important information to share. Any customers with bookings please contact us when we reopen to rearrange your stay with us.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Please continue to follow all guidance regarding social distancing, regular thorough hand washing etc and we look forward to welcoming all of our customers back to Pipers Height touring park once this crisis has passed.  Find The Government guide lines here.
