Spending time with family and friends is precious. Owning a holiday home or lodge on Pipers Height or Clifton Fields will give you the freedom to spend time in beautiful surroundings with the people that mean the most to you. Relax, unwind and enjoy creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We always stock a fabulous selection of new and pre-owned holiday homes which are available to view seven days a week. An appointment is not always necessary. However to be guaranteed to experience a attentive viewing, we recommend to call and discuss your requirements.
The Park is open from 1st March to 14th February each year (50 weeks). All holiday homes on our parks are privately owned. We do not have any available for hire and do not allow sub-letting.
We operate two seasons 1st March – 14th November or 1st March – 14th February.

Annual rates The annual rates charge includes, water and sewerage and other services. This is estimated to be £460 for the 2020 short season and £660 for the long 50 week season. This is billed in April and due 1st May.
Electricity usage is paid via electric cards, which are inserted into an installed meter in the wardrobe of your holiday home and purchased at reception currently 19p a unit.
Gas Gas is supplied in 47kg bottles ordered at Reception and is delivered and connected twice a week.(Tuesdays and Thursdays) The cost of a 47kg gas is £73.35.
Holiday Home Insurance – You can use any insurance company you choose however our preferred insurers are Leisure days. Click the link for a quote.
Decking -Supplied and fitted by Lakeland Veranda’s each decking is bespoke to the holiday home so ask about a quote.
